standing seised to uses 信托保有(盖印)合同法定地产权人，以血缘关系或姻亲关系为约因，约定以亲属使用其地产为目的而拥有此地产并盖印证明形成的文书。该合同对指定的亲属发生默示使用收益的效力。但依后来英国的1535年《用益法》〔Statute of Uses〕，这种衡平法上的地产权可自动转换为法定地产权，故而这种合同也就成为亲属间转让地产权的方法。英国1925年《财产法》〔Law of Property Act〕废止了这一名存实亡的信托保有(盖印)合同，而将其并入信托声明〔declaration of trust〕中。
